The units are nice with a view.

The location was magnificent and ideal for walking around The Quayside. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new in air con unit, I had a good rest.

We ate at an excellent restaurant for evening meals.

the location was excellent and ideal for walking around the quayside. there were the main shopping center and a shopping mall around the hotel. the restaurant here was small with an actual bar and restaurant, we both ordered excellent dishes. it had beautiful views of the river.

staff friendly, room well designed and equipped. Breakfast was good.

Location was poor, run down part of Newcastle but near the quayside which was good

Relaxing experience there. Perfectly clean place with excellent staff members and river views. Neat hotel room with a very comfy bed and private bathroom. Stunning and awesome location close to Millennium Bridge.

The breakfast was amazing, had plenty of food. The view was great and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and very professional . The suite was comfortable and had everything a person could require. I would stay here again.

I could have stayed there cheaper by booking with them direct instead of using booking .com !! I will check this in future when looking for further accomodation

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the room had everything we needed including cookware and kitchen utensils for our late-night snacks, and the convenient location offered easy access to transportation links to explore further.

have stayed once before and would recommend to anyone. lovely 1 bed suite, very nicely furnished and spacious. staff are super friendly and even gave us chocolate as we checked out!! Didnt really use many of the features like the kitchen etc as only there one night but imagine it would be perfect for those working away from home and staying for a while. Really great experience and would stay there anytime. Great location, 5 mins in taxi to station, 5 mins walk to Quayside and nice bars and restaurants. 10/10

The staff were brilliant. I had ordered flowers to arrive before us and to be aces in the room. Once we checked in they wished my partner happy birthday and in the from had left her a card and a bottle of wine. This was a special touch that really made her day.

Check in was effortless, I had a one bedroom suite which was really well equipped. I was staying with my young son it was a quiet location yet only a short ride in to the city (you could walk it in 15 mins) Josephine made our stay really pleasant, she was extremely friendly and helpful.
